It’s taken me several years at RDnet to appreciate the ‘classical arguments’ or atheism, agnosticism, and religious apologists.  I think newcomers and students should have access to a glossary of terms and then some of our most eloquent defenses/refutations of them.  This can be weighted towards the standard religious positions with responses/quotes from scientists/philosophers/experts giving the right answer.  This could be a wiki and much of this information can be easily compiled from the web.  It would be great for newbies to the site.
