I’ll hold off judgement for a few days.  It is, after all is said and done, just another presidential election.

And just what is a normal day in America?

I wonder if we’ll get a new Supreme Court judge approved in the next 4 years?  Or maybe another judge will pass away, and then there will be an odd number again to break the stalemates.

Americans need the fear of imminent doom to do anything. Until we have a winner, keeping tensions high is not only normal, it is probably unavoidable.

Tis true. You have to threaten us with lost jobs, ruined relationships, your own children rejecting you, and keeping the rampaging bull that you inexplicably have as a pet’s favorite shirt clean just to get us to do laundry.

Although to be fair, we can be bribed into using fabric softener by someone simply promising us that it will cause us to wake up in Paris after apparently having a one night stand with a florist and meeting our randomly less scantily clad doppelgänger in a mirror. So it doesn’t always have to be panic induced.

everything is the same actually. before yesterday, and now after it, our only hope is A.I.-human gods. we’re facing self-extinction either way, only difference is maybe trump will help speed up the process of arriving at one of our 2 inevitable destinations.

one thing we should know, or maybe do know but rarely admit, is that even in the realm of human intelligence there is a wide spectrum. its analogous to the temperatures we find comfortable. in the full scope of temperature, the range between -20 celsius to 30 celsius is virtually nothing. the amount of electromagnetic spectrum we use to navigate our world is paltry. and yet within those narrow ranges we experience everything we call life. all our art, most of our culture, anything outside those narrow bands is for now, just imagination. what does infrared look like? we can only guess. but like temperature, intelligence likely far exceeds what we can picture today. even so, those at the lowest end of humanity very likely need a great deal of time and a good environment to reach the top of the human intelligence spectrum.

but even the best of us probably have spent little time considering what to do with the billions of people who may need time equivalent to dozens of lifetimes to achieve near the intellect of whoever we might choose to call our “smartest” individuals. and even then, how do we judge time? would it be the learning achieved in the lifetime of an average person? or a super-achiever? is 40 years of life and experience equivalent between two people? the answers here are obvious. so it can be very easy to see how, from the vantage point of those at the intellectual top of the mountain, who seem to grasp things so easily, most of humanity may look to be basically worthless, or perhaps we can qualify to say intellectually worthless. and besides, who or what has time and capacity to offer every individual the same perfect set of circumstances that might turbocharge their minds? it would seem to anyone now, a terribly inefficient and/or expensive, time consuming process.

so what to do with all those people…? there are only a small number of positive peaceful solutions, and “smart” people aren’t going to see it in the time remaining to civilization where things will continue to be pleasant. from land to water to food shortages, to shortages of even more intangible things, of everything we are fast running out. cultures of the world are being eroded so fast many social norms the previous generation took for granted are wholly obliterated already. but the sort of “progress” we’ve enjoyed has exhibited little discretion, so that even things like respect or politeness, disappear as fast as all the rest.

this is what is being achieved by the “best and brightest” right now. and the dumb, well they are just making babies. can you blame them? it may be the only thing they can still claim to be good at, in the world we live in now. this non-stop fast paced never ending world of stress, that every day seems to ask more, faster, than the day that came before. humans are no longer keeping up. we need to be afraid enough of our own self-destruction to build a god. extinction at our own hands awaits us if we do not build it, and may still occur if we wait too long to do it. but how to convince those who have plenty already, those who are comfortable, who hold the reins, that anything is wrong…? hmm, how indeed.

humanity, heed the warning signs.

Wait, a world in which left brainwashed us that 1) sexual relationships between 2 men are normal, that 2) double standard is just fine, and that 3) positive discrimination is something else than a shameless semantic trick, is a normal world?

Well you’re a joy aren’t you Mr Doom, I bet you’re fun at parties NOT.

Seriously would not want to get stuck with you on my last few days on earth.

Breathe while there is still air, love while your heart is still beating, dance while you still have feet!

Come on it’s not that bad.
